The Campus Portal can be reached from the UA -- Pulaski Technical College webpage (www.uaptc.edu). Once you log into www.uaptc.edu, you will see the Campus Portal link at the top left of the page. Click this link to go to the portal.You should see a screen similar to the one below.
The image above shows how to access your campus email from the portal. Once you are in Office 365 Email, you are also in Office 365. Click the link to open Campus Email. A pop up box should appear, and ou may be asked to log in again. Use your full UA-PTC email address (jdoe@uaptc.edu) and your email password. The file below provides instructions for accessing Microsoft products online.
The app launcher (white grid at the top of the page) gives you access to Word Online, Excel Online, PowerPoint Online, and other products. When you click on the app launcher, a box will pop up, showing tiles for the available Microsoft products. Select a tile to launch that app. Download the instructions below if you need details.
There are two basic ways for employees to access your email from your computer, Outlook and Office 365. Either method can be used at any time. Students may not have access via Outlook and should follow the instructions for accessing email via Office 365 (below and to the left).
Outlook is a software program that resides on your computer. It includes tools and resources to help you keep your email organized. In order to use Outlook, you must have someone from Information Services install Outlook on your computer, if it is has not already been installed.
To open Outlook, go to the Start menu and select Microsoft Outlook. If you do not see it there, you may have to navigate to “All Programs” to find it. Once you type in your username and password, the system can/will remember this information and you will only need to open the program to access your email.
Tip: Right-click on the program name to pin a shortcut to your Start menu or Task Bar. This will give you quick access to it.

You can access your email from a computer, phone, or tablet from anywhere using Office 365. To access Office 365, go to the UA-PTC webpage (www.uaptc.edu), click "Campus Portal" at the top of the page, and click on "Campus Email" in the navigation bar to the left.
Important: When you log in to Office 365, you will need to type your entire email address, not just the username.
Once you log in, the first page is your email. When new email comes in, it stays in your Inbox until you move it or delete it. Check out the Microsoft Outlook tutorial on the previous page for tips in organizing your email.
Click an email to read it in the reading pane, or double-click it to open it in a new window. Right-click on individual email to get options for moving, flagging, or categorizing it.
Notice the Blue box with a white grid at the upper left of the page? Click this grid to access other tools and Office products online.
