Promotion and Rank application Instructions

1. Must download template
2. Must use template and not place evidence/items in separate folders. Everything must be in one document. If have questions, ask PR chair or PR committee member.
3. Must use PC from UA-PTC - Microsoft Office not a Mac. All files must be in Microsoft Office format pictures must be in JPEG.

If you do not follow instructions above your portfolio will be returned to you and you will have to fix.
